Bilingual Customer Care Representative - French
NB Web Express is the e-commerce division of New Balance Athletic Shoe. We are located in St. Louis, MO and currently employ approximately 100 teammates. We are currently looking for Bilingual French/English speaking Customer Care Representatives to be the voice of New Balance as we launch our latest international website. Shift Available:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 am – 11:00 am
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage incoming customer calls
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service
• Troubleshoot orders and shipping complications
• Process on-line orders
• Provide timely follow-ups with customers regarding their order status
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
Qualifications Include:
• 4 years Customer Service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional phone demeanor
• Fluent in French, both written and spoken
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills including Internet navigation, database navigation and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• High degree of self-motivation and initiative
• Prior shoe experience, a plus
