The Prime Minister, François Fillon, held today at Matignon a meeting on the implementation of the Recovery Plan. This meeting was held with Eric Woerth, Minister of Budget, Public Accounts, the Civil Service and State Reform, to Patrick DEVEDJIAN, Minister at the Prime Minister, responsible for the implementation of
Recovery Plan, by Luc Chatel, Minister of National Education Spokesperson Gouvernement, de Christian ESTROSI, Ministre auprès de la Ministre de l’économie, de
Industry and Employment, responsible for industry, Alain MARLEIX, Secretary of State
interior and local government, de Benoist APPEARED, Secretary of State for Housing and Urban Development and Martin Hirsch, High Commissioner for Active Solidarity
against poverty, High Commissioner of Youth.
The Prime Minister noted that the recovery plan is in general rate satisfactory implementation. Over € 19 billion were injected into the economy since the early year, a significant support to growth. The rapid rise of the plan Recovery has allowed him to play full, when the French economy has been faces a particularly brutal economic shock.
The pace of overall implementation of the plan is fully consistent with what was expected
earlier this year. The objective of implementation of three quarters of the recovery plan by the end year can be confirmed.
The Prime Minister took stock of the performance measure by measure with ministers
concerned. He asked the ministers to remain fully engaged and said he would very vigilant about compliance with their commitments. Regarding the extension of measures beyond the December 31 next, Prime Minister stressed that the spirit which guided the Government's approach was not to launch a second stimulus plan, but extended on a case by case action particularly effective in supporting the economy in the recovery phase it
primer. Prime Minister Patrick DEVEDJIAN invited to address a regular point of
implementation of recovery plan by the end of the year.
